ADAM LICZWEK, DIRECTOR OF ALLBOUND360 OPERATIONS

Adam manages the Customer Experience, Quality Control, and Allbound360 Operations departments for SalesStaff. Adam joined the company in 2013, with a mission to improve the customer experience and turn SalesStaff clients from one-time pilot customers, into SalesStaff evangelists. This department was recognized with a 2014 Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year. Based off of this success, Adam’s scope of responsibility has grown to include oversight of SalesStaff’s Quality Control department and oversight of operations for SalesStaff’s Allbound360 delivery model. Prior to joining SalesStaff, Adam served in a multitude of capacities centered on Customer Service, Project Management and Process Improvement. Adam holds a B.S. from Sam Houston State University.

In his spare time, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf and a variety of team sports.


DAMIAN SMITH

DAMIAN SMITH, DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Damian oversees the company’s internal lead generation efforts. He brings a wide array of talents to the Marketing department, including optimization of web properties, digital assets, email marketing campaigns, paid search, and Search Engine Optimization strategies. In addition, he manages a team of Lead Distribution personnel, responsible for assessing the viability of inbound sales prospects and transitioning those prospects to SalesStaff’s Business Development team. Prior to joining SalesStaff, Damian served in the U.S. Air Force and upon discharge worked in various digital marketing roles for well-known tech companies.

In his free time, Damian can be found playing guitar and spending time with his wife and three children.


JOE RHOTON

JOE RHOTON, DIRECTOR OF SALES OPERATIONS

Joe is responsible for strengthening and cultivating a team of salespeople that focus on net new client engagements. His role involves developing and managing them with strategic initiatives, training, and support. His primary duty is to maximize the revenue obtained by SalesStaff’s team of Business Development Directors, while maintaining and fostering a culture of integrity, enthusiasm and excellence. With a focus on sales process efficiency, he consistently helps Business Development personnel become A-players. Joe comes to SalesStaff with an extensive sales and business development background – spanning ten years with various tech companies.

Joe enjoys spending time with his family in Southern California and outdoor activities like surfing and boating. He is also involved in various philanthropic organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters.


BRIAN HUMMEL

BRIAN HUMMEL, DIRECTOR OF SALES OPERATIONS

Brian is an integral member of the sales organization at SalesStaff, responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team with motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development. His principal duty is to assist SalesStaff’s team of Business Development Directors in presenting prospects with strategic demand generation programs intended to maximize ROI. Brian brings a variety of skills and traits to the table which make him a prime fit for this role; he is extremely resourceful, amiable, and well-versed in the tenets of consultative sales. Brian brings more than fifteen years of sales leader experience to SalesStaff and has accumulated significant knowledge in the B2B sales industry.

Brian can be found spending time with his wife and three boys in Katy, Texas, enjoying various outdoor sports and activities.


BOB MASON

BOB MASON, DIRECTOR OF PHILANTHROPY AND CORPORATE PROGRAMS

Bob manages the company’s various charitable programs. In the spirit of a company giving back, he is the cornerstone of SalesStaff’s philanthropic efforts – providing continuity, structure, and strategy to the programs SalesStaff sponsors. Helping others is his passion and that altruism manifests in a number of ways for SalesStaff – organizing food drives and clothing drives among staff members, and community outreach efforts with local organizations. In addition, Bob works with the Human Resources team to develop special programs for SalesStaff employees that reflect the company culture. Prior to joining SalesStaff, Bob served as the Executive Director of the Hunt County United Way.

When he’s not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and surrounding himself with children and grandchildren.
